The Library of Dreams has always manage to continue working. Our main goal has been and will continue to be reading. We are happy to announce that even during the Pandemic our children always read. We were able to install two loud speakers in the tall branches of a mango tree. The children will read to the whole town, it was an amazing adventure. The town people, besides hearing the ambulances that came to pick up the dead of the Corona virus, were listening to poetry and other stories……,Amanda hurricane came and destroyed our niche, the children and the whole town missed the stories that were read everyday. The impact the stories had in the community were definitely missed. The priest sent for us. We started to read from the church……

Now days we take the books to the park where children from other communities can enjoy. Our goal now is to continue with the program “Leer es maravilloso.”
Ou future goal is to create anthologies of poetry created by the children. Reader promoters acquiere more books.

Thank you for your support, thanks to your support the Library of Dreams not only continued with the reading program. We also bring children closer to their own language, Nahuat,  in fact two of our leaders are Nahuat speakers, they make sure to practice the mother tongue with our children.
